Claim at any Kerala lottery retailer or agent. The shop pays you directly.
Surrender the original winning ticket along with valid photo ID (Aadhaar/PAN) at a bank or the District Lottery Office within 30 days of the draw. Sign the reverse of the ticket and keep a photocopy.
A 30% income tax and a 12% agent commission are deducted from prizes above ₹10,000. The net amount is credited after verification.
Never share your ticket photo publicly before claiming. Verify the winning number against the official gazette. 18+ only.
